McGill University Rowing Club presents pERGatory

The McGill University Rowing Club is hosting a fundraising event, known as pERGatory, on Mar 20. It is a relay race to be held on ergometers or indoor rowing machines. The rowing team has officially extended a challenge to all the varsity teams at McGill and all others brave enough, thus creating a University wide showdown. The format of the event is a 2000m relay race, in which 4-team members will pull 500m each.
The 2010 pERGatory Schedule:
- 10:00am Womens 2km
- 10:15am Mens 2km
- 10:30am Womens 6km
- 11:00am Mens 6km
- 11:30 Mens & Womens 1k
- 12:00pm Relays
The rowers are pretty confident they can beat the strength of the football team, the height of the basketball squad and the endurance of the cross-country team.
